MEDICAL AND BIOLOGICAL EFFECTS OF THE COMBINED APPLICATION OF HETEROCYCLIC COMPOUNDS WITH CHEMICAL DRUGS IN VIVO
Abstract
Resulting from the conducted study pain attenuation takes place with the development of the tumor process in AF-line mice. This regularity is being transformed, but it is preserved under chemotherapy both in isolation and in combination with heterocyclic compounds. In a follow-up the pain threshold is being restored. Therefore, weakening of pain threshold in the initial stage of tumor development is a reflection of weakening of defensive (nociceptive) reactions.
